Fees and Payment terms

Payment for lessons is on a school-year basis, 32 lessons from September through May, paid in advance in ten (10) equal payments by post-dated cheques.

To secure a time slot in my increasingly busy teaching schedule over the school year, the first cheque must be dated and will be cashed July 1. The other nine (9) cheques must be dated September 1, October 1, November 1, etc. up to May 1.

Once a cheque is cashed that payment is non-refundable. However, in the event of withdrawal or dismissal during the year any uncashed cheques will be returned.

The total cost and payment amounts for lessons of various lengths appear in the table below.

Cheques should be payable to MelRyz Enterprises Ltd. Please print the numbers clearly so that they can be read accurately in an automated teller machine deposit.

Fees for Songs of Summer, an annual opportunity for lessons at promotional pricing over part of the summer, are announced in May.
